Little India tour - absolutely wonderful!
We love Spice of Life tours - M.Ali (owner, founder of the tours) teaches guests about customs, fashion, religion, history...in addition to wonderful foods from India. We've done other food tours in Chicago - Spice of Life is absolutely the best! M. Ali is an amazing person - love learning from him! This should be "a must" on your to do list!

Exceptional Tour
We had the best time taking this tour. The food was exceptional but the real pleasure was learning about Indian culture. The tour was a little over 3.5 hours and we were introduced to many facets of Indian life.Muhummod was a fantastic guide. He patiently answered our questions. He helped me purchase spices to use back home and provided a few personal tips. We were in Chicago for two weeks and this was without a doubt the highlight of our trip.

Spice of Life India
The Spice of Life tour of this stretch of Devon Avenue was a treat for all the senses! From delicious panni puri (and a much-needed lesson on how to assemble it) to trying on elegant Indian attire to our first henna (or other) tattoos to a visit to a Hindu temple to some of the best kebabs we've ever had, we were entertained, informed, and very, very well fed. With humor and warmth, Mohammed taught us history, geography, and culture as we explored the area. We all had a wonderful time!
